REGISTRATION
Please watch for new registration for our new programs. We would be happy to send you a personalized registration form. Please email rlajoie@sd43.bc.ca for information on start dates, fees, international student assistance services and registration forms.
Registration forms can be downloaded by clicking on the program that you are interested in. Registration dates are different for different programs. We offer classes as an on-going basis:
- Intensive ESL Certificate - Winter Program
- Intensive ESL Certificate - Spring Program
- Intensive ESL Certificate - Summer Program
- Intensive ESL Certificate - Fall Program
- TESL - TESL Certificate Programs
- TOEFL - TOEFL Preparation Program
- Customized Educator Training Services*
- Principals' Training Services Intensive TEFL Training* (Teaching English as a Foreign Language

Application Process
Our application process for Programs and Courses is as follows:
- Complete the application form.
- Submit Application form and application fees (a non-refundable $100.00 fee for full and part-time students) to Canada International College together with official transcripts (translated into English by an Official Translator) for at least the previous school year.
- Applicant is screened for admittance into the Canada International College.
- Initial "Letter of Offer" is mailed to applicant.
- Payment of tuition fees and medical insurance is received.
- If homestay is requested, this will be referred to a company that sets this up – the cost is approximately $30.00 per night for room and board.
- Once we are in receipt of the tuition and application fees, a Formal "Letter of Acceptance" is mailed/faxed to the applicant.
- Student applies to the Canadian Consulate or High Commission for a Study Permit. Approval may take 6-12 weeks to process for an international student outside Canada.
